A 58-year-old French woman was rescued on Sunday afternoon by a GES helicopter after suffering a fall on the trail from Afur to Tamadite Beach in Anaga, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, as reported by the Coordination Center for Emergencies and Security (Cecoes) 1-1-2.
Once there, the GES helicopter evacuated the affected woman to the helipad at La Guancha.
The woman required transfer by SUC ambulance to the North Hospital, where she arrived with a minor ankle injury, as specified by Cecoes 112 to Europa Press.
