Lustral Fest 2025: Boza, Elena Rose, Lia Kali y artistas canarios en la Bajada.

The Lustral Fest 2025 closes its lineup with a list of artists worthy of a celebration that only happens every five years. In addition to the already announced Latin stars, Nicky Jam (July 25) and Marc Anthony (July 26), several international and Canary artists are now joining the lineup. On the 25th, the Spanish singer and songwriter Lia Kali, the Panamanian Boza, the American Elena Rose, and the Palmer singer Julia Debis will complete the lineup. While on July 26, Marc Anthony will be accompanied by Canary and Palmer talent with Las K-Narias, Nia, Laura Low, and Macaca Radiata.

The festival, driven by Sodepal – the public company of the Cabildo de La Palma – has focused on major figures in Latin music alongside various Canary artists, in line with continuing to give visibility to the talent on the islands.

The President of the Cabildo de La Palma, Sergio Rodríguez, highlighted the shift in format, focusing on major concerts with headliners rather than eight-hour festivals. «These concerts also come to complement the greatest support in the history of the Cabildo de La Palma for the Fiesta Lustral,» he said.

Rodríguez also emphasized the commitment of the island Corporation to promote local talent, as «five of the eight artists are Canarians, and of those, two are from our island.»

The CEO of Sodepal, Miriam Perestelo, explained that there will be «a contest for emerging talents on the island, so they can share the stage with these artists. We win with a firm commitment to continue promoting local talent.»

Perestelo detailed that the guidelines will soon be available on the Sodepal website, and singers, DJs, bands, and other artists can register from June 16 to June 30. «This is another step towards solidifying this festival, which becomes a platform to boost local talent,» the councilor noted.

On the other hand, the capital mayor, Asier Antona, emphasized that this festival «is a commitment to the musical talent of the islands. We have proposed this Descent of the Virgin as something for all Palmeros, with inter-administrative collaboration.»

Boza

The Panamanian Boza is one of the great artists completing the first day of the festival. The singer-songwriter has become one of the main exponents of urban music, especially after releasing his song ‘Hecha pa’ Mi’, which garnered over 200 million views on YouTube.

He is a major figure in Latin music, with global hits like «Ella», «Hecha Pa’ Mi», or «Tick Tock» that have taken him to international stages, with performances at important music events like the Latin AMAs.

Elena Rose

Elena Rose is an American singer-songwriter, nominated for the Latin Grammys, who started her career as a songwriter for artists like Shakira, Rauw Alejandro, Selena Gomez, Daddy Yankee, Christina Aguilera, and JLo.

Having established herself as a songwriter, in 2020 she decided to be the voice of her lyrics and launch her solo career, earning the recognition of Billboard’s «Rising Artist.»

One of her most famous songs is orióN, which she sings alongside Boza, with over 170 million views on YouTube.

Lia Kali

Lia Kali is a Spanish singer and songwriter from Barcelona, who became known for her participation in The Voice in 2021.

Since then, her fame has been on the rise, working with some of the best artists in the music scene, like Duki on the track ‘Constelación’ or Rels B on the famous song ‘La Vida Sin Ti.’

On the 25th, the Palmer artist Julia Debis will complete the night, representing the talent of the island, reinforcing the festival’s commitment to showcasing local artists.

On Saturday, July 26, it will be the turn of the legendary Marc Anthony, the «King of Salsa,» in a day where Canary musical talent will also take center stage, with performances by Las K-Narias, pioneers of reggaeton in the islands; Nia, a Gran Canaria artist with national projection; Laura Low, a figure in Canarian pop and R&B; and the Palmer artist Macaca Radiata.
